Today I met Ben, Dane and Jeff at the Elver Park sledding
hill for some free flying. The cool breeze from the north made for some great flying. They all did great, in fact, I believe Jeff set a new Elver Park altitude record on one of his runs. Then it was off to the airport for some motorized flying. Ben tried a new motor tonight. He took the Blackhawk up for couple flights. At first the machine was a bit awkward. We made a few small adjustments to the harness after he landed and his second flight was much more comfortable. Ben was gifted with a beautiful sunset during his last flight of the day.

hanks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools. Appreciate you reading and sharing your story since I can certainly relate and I think others can to
